The Museum of Making workshop is an original and exciting option for the makers of today.

We are in the process of refreshing our workshop offer, to include drop-in workshop use, a new online diary and exciting courses. You can find our upcoming workshop programme here and please check back and follow our mailing list to keep up to date!

Become part of a 300-year legacy of making by joining the workshop membership at the Museum of Making. Situated in the site of the world’s first modern factory, our fully equipped workshop has facilities for woodwork, metalwork, jewellery-making, ceramics, CNC machining and more.

The membership gives you access to our workshop equipment, consultations with technicians, exclusive making demonstrations and events. It’s suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced makers looking to expand their skills.
